The State Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, MP Yusuf Mohamed Adan, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Jamhuriya University for its unwavering dedication and the significant support it has provided to Somali youth through various initiatives. Speaking at the Entrepreneurs and Professionals Summit, the Minister acknowledged the transformative role Jamhuriya Incubation Center (JIC) have played in shaping the futures of countless young Somalis, particularly in the areas of entrepreneurship, skill development, and employment generation.

The Minister also announced a new strategic partnership between the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and Jamhuriya University, aimed at enhancing the development of youth skills across the country. “From this point forward, the Ministry will work hand-in-hand with Jamhuriya University to foster skill development, promote job creation, and empower the youth of Somalia to become the backbone of the nation’s economy,” he said.

MP Yusuf Mohamed Adan stressed the critical importance of supporting youth through education, training, and entrepreneurship programs. He further called upon other institutions, both public and private, to join hands in this endeavor, ensuring that Somali youth are equipped with the tools they need to succeed and contribute to the growth and prosperity of the nation.
